a) How do i order?
You may follow the procedure: Register as member 》 Choose your product 》Check product information 》 Put into your shopping cart 》 check out your shopping cart 》 Provide your delivery information 》 Make your Payment 》Receive order confirmation
b) Where can i check my order status?
You may check your order status once you log on into your personal account under "my order" on the top right side of webpage.
c) Can i change my order?
Please contact our staff as soon as possible if you like to change your order. But, if we had shipped out the order item change of order will not be accepted.
d) Can i cancel my order?
Please contact our staff as soon as possible, if the item had not been shipped a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. if the item had shipped out cancellation of order will not be accepted.
2) Shipping & Delivery
a) How much it cost for shipping fee?
Free shipping for customer which purchase RM 200 (West Malaysia) and RM 400 (East Malaysia). You may also visit : http://www.littlerabbit.com.my/article.php?id=14 to check our standard shipping cost.
b) When will i receive my order?
West Malaysia usually takes about 2- 4 working days while East Malaysia may take 5 -7 working days. Please take note that saturday and sunday not consider as a working day. However we could not guarantee delivery of the specific time or date, but we can assure you that we are working closely to our delivery partner to ensure your order been delivered on time and safely.
c) Can i track my order?
Yes, once we had shipped out your order we will provide you the shipment number, you may track your shipment status though this shipment number.
d) Can i pick up my order at your shop?
Yes, you may opted for own collection at the shop, if you wish to do so, please do not purchase through the website. you can contact our staff on which item you wish to purchase and state down your details, our staff will reserve the item for you, and you may pay when you collect your purchase item.
3) Membership & Points
a) How soon will the points get credited?
The points will credited to your account once you had successful made payment for your purchase.
b) How can i redeem the points?
You may redeem your points when you check out your payment, every 100points = RM1
c) How membership works?
There are three membership catagory; standard member, silver member and gold member. when you first register you will be a standard member, your membership will upgrade to silver member once your exp points above 2000 and gold member above 5000 points.
Silver member will enjoy double points accumulate and 10% discount on every purchase; Gold member will enjoy triple points accumulate and 20% discount on every purchse.
The more you purchase the more discount and points you accumulate.

4) Return and Refunds
a) Can i return the item i had purchase?
We are sorry that we only accept good return if the delivery item is wrongly delivered or in damage condition. All complains on wrongly delivered item or damage must be made immediately after good received. We shall arrange a reverse pick up and replace a new product to you as soon as possible.
b) Can i ask for refunds?
We are sorry that we only accept goods refund for Product Quality Issue only. thank you.

5) Discount Coupon
a) How discount coupon works?
The discount coupon code can be use when you checkout your purchase item. The discount coupon code may be in percentage or in value basis.
b) When we giving out discount coupon?
We usually give out discount coupon on website promotion or on press media, please do visit our website often to get the latest update news.
c) Will the discount coupon expired?
Yes, every discount coupon will be an expire date, customer are advice to use the coupon before it expired.
